Inception

Having officially begun operations in June 2022, we built our first prototype - Thursday, a one-ton per year unit—which was unveiled at the Nairobi Climate Network. We also had the opportunity to host Dr. Ali Mohammed, Kenya's Climate Envoy, at our Site.

We iterated across three DAC models

Field Deployment

We successfully commissioned our pilot plant, Project Hummingbird, by deploying its initial phase. This provided us with valuable insights into the real-world challenges of operating and maintaining a DAC system in the field.
